We make no claims that are not supported by plant analysis and dry matter cage-cut monitoring. While every farmer has their own way of measuring pasture growth, we wanted a method that compared not only dry matter production but also overall plant health. The farmer at Roadside, our research farm, consistently reported animal health outcomes not seen on other properties. To verify this, we sent milk samples from both Hunter and Roadside for testing.
KCFERT and the Roadside farmer are very pleased with the results.
What do the milk results mean? If your pasture analysis is similar to Hunter’s and you are satisfied with your animal health, you may choose to continue with your current approach.
